VG Series Vegetable-Based Sheetfed Offset Ink

A vegetable-based sheetfed offset ink developed for food-packaging printing on coated paper and board.

Application and substrates

Sheetfed offset printing for food packaging on coated paper, grey-backed board and polyethylene-coated board.

Usage instructions

For optimum ink transfer, keep the transfer rollers between 25 and 30 °C.

Recommended additives

• Fountain solution: 52AD5030 or 52AD5031.
• Ink reducer: 17FR1012 at 1–5%.
• Drier: 67MAN6005 at a maximum of 1%.

Packaging

2.5 kg vacuum packs.

Storage

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Protect from freezing.
